Please update the link to the documentation

I just spent a bunch of time trying to set this up (it works now), but a lot of this could've been saved, if I hadn't followed this link for the documentation:

The documentation is for the 0.5.0 version and misses fixes I'd have needed (custom AWS_ENDPOINT as in #119) and the GitHub auth that I only randomly stumbled upon, but that is really nice for my needs.

So please either remove that link or update it with a newer version of the documentation

just started a new project where I needed my giftless server again and I'm currently going through my old project to understand how I had everything set up, and yeah, @rufuspollock the documentation for the GitHub Auth provider is in the repo: https://github.com/datopian/giftless/blob/main/docs/source/auth-providers.md#github-authenticator
