Cannot enter @ on German keyboard (Alt-Gr + q)

Describe the bug

German layout keyboard.

Try type @ (Alt-gr + q). Nothing happens. Had the issue before also with #.

This really makes the CLI unusable since @ is a rather important key. Started with 1.02 as far as I remember.

Obvious troubleshooting did not work, restarted shell, copilot, Windows machine, etc. Happens on Laptop and workstation.

Same problem on Danish keyboard layout, although the key combination is Alt-gr + 2, but the result is the same that it doesn't work.

For my instance it seems to only be a problem when using Windows Terminal Preview even though it is possible to enter @-characters in the terminal itself, as soon as copilot is loaded it no longer works. Not sure if that is the same case as @marcschier?

Yes, same issue. Also, yes, also on Windows Terminal Preview.

My workaround: Alt code 64 (hold the ALT key and type 6 4 on the numpad).
