This replaces Event.symbols_inject and Event.meminj_preserves_globals, and factors out some code in Op.v and in the proofs of the passes that use memory injections.

This replaces
Event.symbols_injectandEvent.meminj_preserves_globals, and factors out some code in Op.v and in the proofs of the passes that use memory injections. It also has potential to simplify future evolutions of Separation.v.
