Public repositories cannot call reusable workflows in the private Ai-road-4-You/enterprise-ci-cd repo, so every one of these caller workflows ended in startup_failure. Per the estate decision (ECC stays private, no settings changes), our overlay callers are removed from this public fork. It stays an upstream mirror, and upstream's own CI is unchanged. As a public repo it keeps GitHub's built-in secret scanning, push protection and Dependabot alerts.

File Action
.github/workflows/dev-version.yml deleted — our overlay caller of a private Ai-road-4-You/enterprise-ci-cd reusable workflow; public repos cannot call it (startup_failure on every run); upstream has no such file
.github/workflows/release.yml deleted — our overlay caller of a private Ai-road-4-You/enterprise-ci-cd reusable workflow; public repos cannot call it (startup_failure on every run); upstream has no such file
.github/workflows/repo-hygiene-consumer.yml deleted — our overlay caller of a private Ai-road-4-You/enterprise-ci-cd reusable workflow; public repos cannot call it (startup_failure on every run); upstream has no such file
.github/workflows/sbom.yml deleted — our overlay caller of a private Ai-road-4-You/enterprise-ci-cd reusable workflow; public repos cannot call it (startup_failure on every run); upstream has no such file
.github/workflows/security-scan.yml deleted — our overlay caller of a private Ai-road-4-You/enterprise-ci-cd reusable workflow; public repos cannot call it (startup_failure on every run); upstream has no such file
