🚀 주요 변경 내용

• GET /owner/order/shops — 사장님이 가진 주문 가능 상점 목록을 조회합니다. 주문 가능 상점 ID, 상점 ID, 이름, 주소, 현재 영업 여부를 반환합니다.
• 기존 /owner/shops는 상점 ID와 이름만 내려주어 이후 POS API에 필요한 주문 가능 상점 ID를 얻을 수 없었습니다.
• POS API 경로를 /owner/order/shop/{orderableShopId}/...로 옮겼습니다. 기존 경로는 /owner/shops/{id}가 상점 ID를 받는 자리에 주문 가능 상점 ID를 받고 있어, 둘 다 작은 정수라 잘못 넣어도 조용히 다른 상점이 조회될 수 있었습니다. 고객용 /order/shop/{orderableShopId}와 같은 형태로 맞춰 구분합니다.
