Resolves issue ###, return UUID relationship fields in paginated registry organization responses while retaining name resolution for single-org responses.

Summary

Improves /api/registry/org pagination performance by avoiding relationship-name hydration for every organization in a page.

Important Changes

src/repositories/baseOrgRepository.js

• Returns stored UUIDs for reports_to and oversees in paginated organization responses.
• Omits computed top_level_root from paginated responses.
• Retains short-name relationship resolution for /api/registry/org/:identifier.
• Includes UUIDs in all _hierarchy nodes, including the single-org trimmed hierarchy.

schemas/registry-org/*.json

• Documents UUID relationship fields for list responses.
• Requires UUID in single-org hierarchy nodes.

src/controller/registry.controller/org.registry.controller.js

• Returns the underlying organization-list error message in the 500 response.

test/

• Updates unit and integration coverage for UUID list relationships and hierarchy nodes.

Testing

• Run npm run test:unit-test.
• Run npm run test:integration.
• Verify /api/registry/org returns UUIDs for reports_to and oversees.
• Verify /api/registry/org/:identifier retains short-name relationships and includes UUIDs in _hierarchy.

Notes

• Replace ### with the applicable issue number.
• Paginated list requests avoid the grandparent and overseen-organization name-resolution lookups.
