Request to restore to a new postgrescluster

Hi There,

Is it possible to create a new postgrescluster based on an existing postgrescluster.

the command may like:

kubectl pgo create postgrescluster newclustername --cluster oldclustername --repoName repo1 --options '--type=time --target="2021-06-09 14:15:11-04"'

Seems reasonable to me: the CLI helps create a YAML to send to kube, so we should be able to create a YAML that has a dataSource section included for cloning existing clusters.

Creating a ticket in our backlog for this now.
