What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

Fixes DOCS-15729

Clarifies Windows SSI runtime support and distinguishes SDK deployment from application instrumentation. Adds restart instructions for IIS application pools, Windows Services, and standalone processes, with trace verification steps and consistent compatibility and troubleshooting guidance.

AI assistance

Codex drafted the updates, applied an editorial review, and ran documentation checks.

Additional notes

Draft pending Product or Engineering confirmation of the Windows runtime support matrix, Fleet SDK dialog semantics, and the statement that a successful SSI deployment requires no host reboot or manual Agent restart. The runtime scope follows the existing Windows setup and injector documentation.

Validation: Vale reports no errors. Abbreviation warnings remain, including SDK references flagged on every occurrence by the local first-mention rule; existing page warnings remain. Reference definitions, frontmatter delimiters, whitespace checks, and repository pre-commit checks pass. A full local Hugo build completed; rendered tabs, links, and section anchors were checked on the local preview. The Preview signup link resolves; APM Services requires authentication.
