Adds a section describing the betaEnableViewUpdates init parameter, which reduces network usage by sending incremental view update events instead of a full view event on every intermediate update. This option already ships (browser-sdk v7.5.0+) and is documented on the auto-generated RumInitConfiguration reference, but wasn't mentioned anywhere on the docs.datadoghq.com advanced configuration page itself.

Clarified alert message regarding beta feature usage.
As a beta option its default/behavior can change; link to the auto-generated TypeDoc reference (sourced from the JSDoc comment on RumInitConfiguration.betaEnableViewUpdates) instead of only describing it in hand-written prose, so this can't drift out of sync.

What does this PR do?
Adds a "Reduce network usage with partial view updates" section to the Browser RUM advanced configuration page, describing the
betaEnableViewUpdatesinit parameter.Motivation
betaEnableViewUpdatesshipped in browser-sdk v7.5.0 and is documented on the auto-generatedRumInitConfigurationreference, which this page links out to for "the full list of initialization parameters." However the advanced configuration page itself never mentions the option, so customers scanning the page for ways to reduce RUM network usage (alongside the existing Sampling section) have no way to discover it without already knowing to check the external reference.Notes for review
beta...in the SDK's own public API, so I kept "beta" framing here and added a note pointing to Datadog support, consistent with how other beta options are gated elsewhere on the site.
