I'm afraid glitch.com is ceasing services: https://blog.glitch.com/post/changes-are-coming-to-glitch/. I guess it will have to be removed from the tutorial.

Glitch has now been removed from the English version of the tutorial with #1900. (There currently is a build problem (#1901), so https://tutorial.djangogirls.org/en/django_start_project/ doesn't reflect that removal, yet.)
