Missing libunitsync.dylib #44

One of the build targets is missing, there is no unitsync library. This means none of the existing toolchain outside of the engine can work. This is fine if you want to use BAR Chobby but what if we want to play other games, run other tooling ( doesn't the new BAR electron lobby app use unitsync too? )
