chore: upgrade turbo to 2.11.5 and disable agentGuidance - #60

turbo 2.11+ maintains an agent guidance block by replacing the repo-root AGENTS.md rather than editing through it, which converts the AGENTS.md -> README.md symlink into a regular file on agent-driven pnpm runs. The agentGuidance opt-out key only parses on turbo 2.11.5+, so the upgrade and the key land together.
