The operations log still described GR00T qualification as an open decision after the strict-fp32 run passed. Record the retained receipt and report, and reconcile that status while preserving the default-TF32 failure.
Validation: independently downloaded the receipt from Modal; verified its SHA-256 and reconstructed the original harness-output hash after removing only the environment annotation. Exact model/runtime pins and acceptance thresholds are unchanged. No GPU jobs were launched.
