…el log The 2026.9.3 cloudflared startup log includes an advisory quic-go line about the host receive buffer. Record it next to the pre-checks notes so the next reader does not treat it as a fault mid-incident. The previous container is gone, so the note does not claim the line is new. Adds a short operator note to the tunnel startup-log section: the quic-go receive-buffer warning is advisory, QUIC is still selected, and the ceiling is the host socket-buffer limit. The previous container is gone with the deploy, so the note does not claim the line is new.
