iOS 27 scene-based life cycle support #1147

Issue

Starting from Xcode 27, it is required to transition to scene-based life cycle methods in order to build with iOS 27.

Currently, the app crashes because react-native-app-auth still references appDelegate.window.rootViewController.view.window here:

How to reproduce?
Build with Xcode 27 and launch the app on e.g. an iOS simulator. Trigger authorizeWithConfiguration and watch the app crash.

Environment

• "react-native": "0.86.3"
• Not using Expo
• "react-native-app-auth": "8.0.3"
• iOS only
