Summary

• Prepares layout-style-css@3.2.0 release metadata, package contracts, docs, demo metadata, and release workflow examples.
• Promotes the final ecosystem fixture to published ui-style-kit-css@2.4.0 and pins the reviewed UI Style Kit release commit 835aa4474c49b7b766d3f5a923f023725bc14331.
• Hardens the local ecosystem preflight so an unpublished Layout release candidate can be staged against the immutable UI 2.4.0 checker without mutating the reviewed UI checkout.

Release Scope

• Carries forward the 3.2 layout expansion: Mosaic, Action Bar, area-aware App Shell behavior, Scroll/content resilience, and the complete 20-personality metadata set.
• Finalizes the four specialized personalities added for 3.2: Technical Blueprint, Data Terminal, Industrial HMI, and Editorial.
• Updates README, changelog, wiki release docs, demo metadata, sitemap metadata, npm publish examples, package metadata, lockfile state, and manifest contracts from the blocked preview state to the 3.2.0 release candidate.
• Updates demo CDN references and SRI values for ui-style-kit-css@2.4.0.
• Updates the audited fast-uri override to 3.1.7 so the release audit remains clean.

Release Gate Updates

• Adds fixture staging for scripts/release-fixture-contract.mjs so release:preflight can validate layout-style-css@3.2.0 before that package exists on npm.
• Keeps the reviewed UI fixture immutable by copying it to a temporary staging directory and updating only the active candidate package version in the staged compatibility contract.
• Forces only the staged current matrix to consume published ui-style-kit-css@2.4.0, while the minimum matrix continues using the fixture's documented minimum package set.
• Adds focused tests for staged candidate versioning, published UI current-matrix usage, release metadata synchronization, package pins, fixture revisions, demo metadata, and Pages artifact metadata.
