Feature description
Actually we have a Alarm every Day/Week. Can added Alarms every 2 Weeks or every Month. For example every second Monday or the last Friday of a month.
Why do you want this feature?
To reminder on meets with for example medical/Persons, self helping Groups, Regulars' table, ...

This doesn't belong in an alarm app. I'd consider using a calendar event or task with a reminder. You can set them to repeat every two weeks or every month.

I disagree, it does not seem like a out of place feature, it's supported by major open source clock apps like chrono and ClockYou (in next release). For example it is not uncommon to have recurring lectures every second week in university. I like fossify clock, I would like to ask you to reconsider this decision. It could be as simple as having
ever x weekbutton when creating new alarm.
