Fixes zypper on openSUSE 16.0: 'Can't open solv-file' during cache building was caused by the 8-year-old proot (3bc06868, 2018-05-30) mishandling file opens. Rebuilt statically with NDK r29 toolchain.

- all seven fonts were referenced by system family name, which does not exist on Android, so every pick silently fell back to the default sans-serif - add JetBrains Mono, Fira Code, Source Code Pro, Ubuntu Mono, Droid Sans Mono, Noto Sans Mono and Cascadia Code as bundled assets and load them with Typeface.createFromAsset and a small cache - also map JetBrains Mono, which previously fell through to monospace
- enlarge and rework the active-session indicator into a 12dp green dot, spaced further from the close button so toggling and closing cannot be confused - shrink the close icon to 12dp and add a density helper
