Write validator to check for identical trigger conditions within same regimes. Would be useful to my pipeline rule this out and it might help the user if they accidentally paste the same transition twice or something.

Should convert Sympy expressions to common format (e.g. using 'expand' method) before comparing to catch equivalent expressions (e.g. x^2 + 2x + 1 and (x+1)^2).
