The main reason to rewrite this section is that we are no longer using Jenkins to run the API tests. Because of this, there is no reason to update the jenkins.yml file in dataverse-ansible either.

Update "Making releases" docs post 6.12 release
Mostly related to the fact that update-fields.sh wants to build on top of the stock schema.xml; (_not_ on top of the previously installed schema.xml). But also added sudos to the commands.
On a second thought, removed 'sudo' from some of the commands for updating fields in release notes. :)
Clarify reindexing instructions for Solr with the new 'isLinked' field and provide considerations for larger instances.
Added note for MacOS admins regarding terminal configuration to prevent junk characters in asadmin output.
