正常 Changesets Version PR，承接 #54。发布 @inkcre/ui-web 2.2.0：场景化 Loading/Skeleton、Dialog 动作状态、Dropdown 搜索提示、相对 spacing。版本与生成文件由 main Release 工作流生成。该工作流检查通过，但仓库禁止 Actions 创建 PR，因此按 Human 授权用维护者身份补建此 PR，不改权限、不绕过检查。合入后仍由 protected main 的正常发布工作流交付；client-web#118 与 docs#31 保持开放。
