Summary
The registration of ControlSystemsBase 1.22.1 (JuliaRegistries/General#170184) is still not merged automatically after #1073. The package now installs on julia 1.10.12, but the registry does not accept a patch release that narrows the julia compat range:
This PR bumps the version to 1.23.0. A minor release may narrow the range, and 1.22.0 → 1.23.0 is a valid version sequence. Version 1.22.1 will not be registered. After merging, Registrator will be triggered for 1.23.0 on the merge commit, and the 1.22.1 registry PR will be closed.
