changed: cleanup in the codebase of NonLinModelDAE and getinfo

The variable names now follow the new notation:

• right limit values:
  • $\mathbf{a^+}$ for the algebraic variable
  • $\mathbf{q^+}$ for the residual of the algebraic equation
  • $\mathbf{\dot{k}^+}$ for the state derivative
• left limit values:
  • $\mathbf{a_0}$ for algebraic variable (so it follows the notation of the state $\mathbf{x_0}$)
  • $\mathbf{q^-}$ for the residual of the algebraic equation
  • $\mathbf{\dot{k}^-}$ for the state derivative
