Prepare next Research, SDK, and proxy patch versions

Prepare the next patch versions after the completed release cycle:

Research's npm, Cargo, Tauri, and Apple version sources agree, and Android advances to version code 2000028028. Refresh the local package entries in the SDK, proxy, Research, and Agent lockfiles while retaining the original third-party dependency graph. Agent's own version and published frontend SDK pins remain unchanged. Update the proxy README's prepared version.

Validation passed: version/release metadata checks, locked Cargo resolution in all four Rust workspaces, Research's local SDK/proxy identity verifier, root nix flake check --no-update-lock-file, and Research native cargo check --locked using the pinned ONNX provider. Broad component test hooks were skipped for this version-only preparation. This prepares source versions; package and application publication remain separate actions.
