Keep the existing materials, recipes and save names while updating configuration screens, fluids, village trades and loot for Forge 28. Use OreSpawn 4.1.0.114041, preserve the tested world upgrades and fix Creative crossbow firing without bolts. Split the build scripts and refresh the release documentation.

What changed
Bring the finished Base Metals 1.13.2 port to Minecraft 1.14.4 and Forge 28.2.26 as
3.0.1.114041.The port keeps the existing material and item names, recipes, High/Low Fantasy settings, recipe discovery and Kiri's ore overlays. OreSpawn
4.1.0.114041is the required ore-generation dependency; the eleven ore rules and their defaults are unchanged. For Minecraft 1.14, this updates the configuration screen and Mods-list Config button, uses native fluid textures and colours, moves smith trades and village loot to the three new smith professions, and supplies block loot tables. It removes the obsolete 1.13 renderer, Config-button and leaves workarounds while adapting the save-upgrade and anvil hooks.
It also fixes a Creative-mode crossbow crash: Minecraft's free arrow is no longer mistaken for a bolt. A crossbow without ammunition fires the intended free iron bolt, and bows continue to use arrows.
The build scripts are split into smaller files, README and changelog describe the 1.14 release, and the public jars exclude tests, probes, reference material and local notes.
Checks
The 1.14 port has also been manually tested in Eclipse. After the PR and merged-branch checks pass, this branch is intended for the guarded release workflow.
