Brings the OreSpawn 4.1 editor and provider features to Minecraft 1.14.4.
This adds Ore Sources, biome replacements, dimension materials and the mod directory, along with the smaller build scripts, updated guides and translations. It also fixes fluid selection, invalid Geome IDs and the startup timing of tag-only ore and fluid rules. Existing chunks are left alone, and unchanged profiles keep the same generation results as 4.0.16.
I have tested the editor and accepted this version for release. Automated checks passed 184 tests, fresh/save/reload tests on packaged Forge, duplicate-ore and missing-provider tests, Eclipse checks and artifact audits. Matched worlds have identical block and biome hashes to 4.0.16, and the performance checks stayed within the agreed limits.
