Change timeouts for nightly tests - #2802

Most of the nightly builds are succeeding with times in the 50+ minute range. However, a large number are failing at exactly 1 hour. So, increase the timeout to 90 minutes to catch stragglers. Closes NVIDIA#2801

Most of the nightly builds are succeeding with times in the 50+ minute range. However, a large number are getting cancelled at exactly 1 hour.
So, increase the timeout to 90 minutes to catch stragglers.
