Fix crashes from crash report triage

Three fixes from crash report triage, one commit each.

Problem

1. Sector model export: a view without visible cells gives an inverted export box (min > max). The size_t sector size underflows, and RigResdataGridConverter::exportGrid throws std::length_error from vector::resize.
2. 3D pick: RiuCellAndNncPickEventHandler::handle3dPickEvent passes the picked gridIndex to the view grid's gridByIndex. On intersections with a separate result definition the index belongs to another case, or is undefined. In release builds this reads past the end of m_localGrids.
3. Nested crash report: the crash handler pumps the event loop to send the report. Paint events still run, so a crash during repaint (QRhi::endFrame, 59 of 106 reports) or a pure virtual call (44) crashes again. The second crash is reported under RiaOpenTelemetryManager::reportCrash and hides the original.

Fix

1. exportGrid returns false for an inverted box, and the caller logs the failure. Keyword and fault export just do nothing for an inverted range.
2. gridByIndex returns nullptr for an out-of-range index instead of asserting. The pick handler already checks for null.
3. While a crash report is being sent, RiaGuiApplication::notify drops events to widgets and windows. The network reply and the poll timer are not widgets, so the report still completes.

Tests RigResdataGridConverterTest.ExportGridWithInvertedBoxFails and RigMainGridTest.GridByIndexOutOfRangeReturnsNull fail before the fixes and pass after them. Fix 3 is not reachable from a unit test and was verified by build only.

• gridByIndex has about 65 callers. Callers that do not check for null previously had undefined behaviour on an out-of-range index, and now get nullptr.
• Fix 3 is a follow-up to Stacktrace: caf::PdmUiEditorHandle #14312 and Stacktrace RimEclipseCase::~RimEclipseCase #14414.
