[Bug]: Windows desktop: delete dialog stays on "Deleting..." indefinitely

What happened?

When I delete a file from the Files screen on the Windows desktop app, I confirm the
delete and the dialog stays on "Deleting..." indefinitely. It never closes and never
shows an error.

After restarting the app, the file is gone from the server.

Expected: the dialog closes and the folder reloads, or an error is shown.

1. Windows Cloud Files / virtual files integration enabled: yes
2. Open Files, browse to a folder
3. Choose Delete on a file, confirm
4. Dialog stays on "Deleting..." indefinitely
