Conversation
Publish the retrospective that opens the Titan series, in EN and DE, scheduled for 2026-10-13. It links to the Titan, Aves and Falco project pages and to OpenCollective. The two existing series posts (part 1 and part 2, both locales) link back to it. Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_019zws4ceJu2jctk3XT48fMX

Summary

The series needs an opener that gives the version history from 1.0 to 3.0 in one place. The deep-dive posts can then focus on the platform split and the boot incident.
