The boot smoke test (Titan #398) was already planned and merged 17 minutes after the LuckPerms fix (#401). The posts called it a consequence of the incident and claimed it would certainly have caught the failure; neither is verified. Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_019zws4ceJu2jctk3XT48fMX

Summary
Corrects the timeline of the Titan boot smoke test in the Titan 3.0 incident posts (EN and DE). The posts called the test a consequence of the incident and said it would have caught the failure. Neither is verified.
Verified timeline (UTC, 10 Oct 2026, via GitHub metadata):
Not verified: that #398 would have caught this exact failure against the broken state. The posts now say "would very likely have" and "should surface in CI" instead.
