Brings the generated changelog and what's-new pages up to openadapt 1.17.0, openadapt-flow 2.0.0 and openadapt-desktop 0.17.1 (the content of the stalled docs/auto-sync branch), corrects the compatibility table to openadapt-flow >=2.0.0,<3 and openadapt-types >=0.18,<0.19, refreshes the PyPI fixture, and leads the CLI install with uvx --python 3.12 openadapt flow tutorial, which runs on any installed Python.
