Building the DeepSeek Harness plugin ecosystem: 37 open-source plugins (Apache-2.0) across security, workflows, research, messaging bridges, and developer experience — plus the DSH Desktop Market catalog and a plugin-certification registry. Every project ships five-language READMEs, CI, npm provenance, and Gitee mirrors — 60.8k npm downloads in August plus 21.5k in the first 5 days of September. I also contribute upstream to Cordis, the plugin-core framework DeepSeek Harness itself is built on.
DeepSeek Harness turned "everything is a plugin" into an ecosystem. I build the plugins I wish existed — engineering-discipline guardrails, runtime panels, cross-session memory, and verifiable research engines — and publish them the way production software deserves.
- Family section refresh — every plugin README now links the full 37-plugin family (the four newest members included) with all cross-links fixed; dsh-ticktick / dsh-reach / dsh-wechat received their family sections for the first time.
- Listed on DSH Directory — 35 PerryLink plugins are published on dsh.directory (submitted through alexchenzl/dsh-plugin-directory); the official badge is now on this profile.
- Cordis — issue #124 filed with full evidence (NodeNext type declarations: 17/17 exports fail with TS2305) plus a local fix branch; #121 merged with the 45-patch regression suite green (43/43 PASS).
- Handbook — both upstream PRs merged: #67 (certification verification layer) and #68 (version-line refresh).
- Family audit green — all 40 repos passed full gates and install smokes against the dsh-v0.1.3-alpha.1 master checkout (GitHub tag; npm dependency line 0.1.2-rc.1); supported-version notes refreshed in every README.
- Cordis upstream — Windows/macOS CI merged (#122, contributor badge); a 45-patch downstream regression suite is offered for #121; 18-item errata for the Cordis paper.
