Closes #141

New setting Hide taskbar icon during live interviews (default: off).

  • Off: icon shown, window not always-on-top, minimize available.
  • On: icon hidden, window always-on-top and re-raised every 2s, minimize removed.
  • Stealth mode: unchanged and always hidden, now also re-raised and not minimizable.
  • Save dialogs are now attached to the main window so a pinned window cannot cover them.
  • A minimized window is restored before the "save before closing?" prompt.

Lint, tsc and pnpm test:main pass. Not verified manually on macOS.
