Adds a newcomer guide and README entry point. It leads with the TestPyPI CPython wheel, separates firmware builds from normal use, maps the shared audio pull protocol across CPython and MicroPython, and links the detailed correctness and porting documents.\n\nValidation:\n- Local Markdown links and git diff --check passed.\n- Clean TestPyPI install passed the documented Synthesizer/audiocore buffer smoke test.\n- flake8 passed.
