v11 carries the publisher change that routes host-only modules to pydevices-desktop (.github#46, pydevices#30); at v9 the pydevices 0.5.0 publication still listed all 51 files for a device install.

One-word pin move, v9 → v11, same input contract. v11 carries .github#46's publisher change (host-only modules routed to
pydevices-desktop), which the pydevices 0.5.0 publication missed because this workflow was still on v9 — its index lists 51 files where the split gives 31 (pydevices#30, reopened). The split lands in the index with the next pydevices publication.
