A self-test of the Activity feed's merge path, run by QuantEcon/reports-activity's Activity Feed workflow (run log). It adds a data file that the website's data check must reject.
The workflow waits for
buildto fail, tries the same REST merge the daily run uses, checks that GitHub refuses it, and then closes this PR and deletes its branch. Don't merge it.
