为什么提交这份PR (why to submit this PR)

STM32H7 的通用 dma_config.h 中缺少 UART4 RX DMA 配置。

当 BSP 启用 UART4 RX DMA 后,USART V2 驱动会使用
UART4_RX_DMA_INSTANCEUART4_RX_DMA_REQUEST
UART4_RX_DMA_IRQ 等配置,但 H7 当前没有提供这些宏,
会导致 UART4 RX DMA 配置无法正常编译。

你的解决方案是什么 (what is your solution)

在 STM32H7 通用 DMA 配置中补充 UART4 RX DMA 定义:

  • UART4_DMA_RX_IRQHandler
  • UART4_RX_DMA_RCC
  • UART4_RX_DMA_INSTANCE
  • UART4_RX_DMA_REQUEST
  • UART4_RX_DMA_IRQ

UART4 RX 使用:

  • DMA Controller: DMA1
  • DMA Stream: DMA1_Stream0
  • DMA Request: DMA_REQUEST_UART4_RX
  • IRQ: DMA1_Stream0_IRQn

该配置与现有 USART2 RX DMA1 Stream0 配置放在同一个条件分支中,
避免同时为同一个 DMA Stream 生成两套默认配置。

请提供验证的bsp和config (provide the config and bsp)

Add the missing UART4 RX DMA definitions for STM32H7.

UART4 RX DMA uses DMA1 Stream0 with the UART4 RX DMA request.
The configuration is enabled when BSP_UART4_RX_USING_DMA is selected.
