Fix for #1119
Summary
is_inetd_socket()was narrowed in #1075 to accept only connected IP streams. This fixed unnamed local socketpairs such as ADB process channels but also rejected accepted named Unix listeners used by socket activation. Accept a connected Unix stream only whengetsockname()reports a named local endpoint. This covers filesystem and Linux abstract Unix sockets while continuing to reject unnamed socketpairs.
