The main branch is already on 1.8.0 due to dependabot but this PR shows like it still is on 1.6.0 somehow.

Bumps the
dcl-compiler-pluginversion from 1.6.0 to 1.8.0 across all three samples (ams-javalin-shopping, ams-spring-boot-shopping, ams-cap-bookshop).All three samples build green (
mvn clean test) against plugin 1.8.0.
