remove retry queue and token renewal - #490

Drop the retryQueue object from the http helper along with the 401 -> renew-token -> replay-request flow. A missing, expired or rejected token now redirects straight to login. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
