chromatic.config.json: stop untracing**/package-lock.json, so TurboSnap picks up dependency changes (e.g. a@tedi-design-system/corebump) and re-snapshots affected stories.angular-release.yml: the post-merge Chromatic comment step now also requires a realbuildUrl, so a skipped build no longer posts a false "1 visual change(s)" comment linking toundefined.
