fix(typedoc-config): hide duplicate page titles

Enable hidePageTitle in the shared TypeDoc config so generated Markdown relies on the frontmatter title rendered by tanstack.com. This prevents duplicate H1s from returning when API docs are regenerated.

Includes a patch changeset for @tanstack/typedoc-config.
