🎯 What: Addressed an uncovered unwrap() panic in uuid_v4 that triggered if the system clock was before UNIX_EPOCH, and added integration tests for the std.uuid module.
📊 Coverage: The happy path of uuid_v4 is now tested. The vulnerable unwrap() has been replaced with proper mapping to RuntimeError, avoiding panics entirely in edge cases.
Result: Test coverage for uuid_v4 has improved, and the reliability of the function has increased by gracefully handling invalid time inputs instead of crashing the process.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 5077628183575291873 started by @Tcode-Motion

Replaced a vulnerable `unwrap()` panic in `uuid.rs` (triggered if SystemTime is before UNIX_EPOCH) with proper error mapping using `RuntimeError`. Added a test for `uuid_v4` in `stdlib_tests.rs` to improve coverage and guarantee the happy path works correctly.
