这次改动的方向和范围是合理的，native menu 的法语 fallback、locale key、placeholder 和生成的 i18n 类型没有发现问题。但 PR 标题是完成 French UI 翻译，当前仍有多处完整英文用户界面文案，因此现在不能按完成状态合并。
请至少补齐以下残留文案：

最新提交已经补齐上一轮指出的残余英文，key/placeholder parity 和 i18n 静态校验也没有问题。但 PR 的目标是完成 French UI 翻译，当前仍有一处明确的普通 UI 文案是完整英文，因此暂不能通过：
src/renderer/src/i18n/fr-FR/sync.json:145：tunnel.connector.starting仍为Connecting to Cloudflare…。请翻译为自然的法语，同时保留 Cloudflare 产品名。
另外，src/renderer/src/i18n/fr-FR/tapeInspector.json:65 的 tokens 仍是英文。若项目法语术语表明确保留 tokens，请在 PR 描述中说明；否则建议改为 jetons，保持该模块的法语一致性。

- 上一轮 human review 指出的 22 个残余英文已修复。

复审结论：没有新的阻塞问题
本次两个新增提交已经修复此前指出的两处文案：Cloudflare 连接状态已译为法语，Token 用量中的单位已改为「jetons」。键名和占位符没有变化，现有调用不受影响。
本次新增改动没有引入过度设计、新依赖、破坏性改动或额外测试，也没有发现其他逻辑问题。因此不再重复提交 Request Changes。本次仅发布复审意见，不执行合并。
验证结果
- en-US / fr-FR 的 7 个相关命名空间：3920 个键的集合及占位符一致。
- i18n 静态校验通过：23 locales、483 namespace registrations、4771 source message contracts。
- 两个改动文件的格式检查及 git diff --check 通过。
- 已批准当前提交的 PR Check 和 Package Check workflow。CI 的 lint、格式、翻译、typecheck、build、主进程测试、渲染进程测试及 native-memory 检查均通过。
