Bump corgi to WIP 7d46146

Moves interactive's corgi pin from 657fc96 (WIP #38) to 7d46146, which adds three Corgi PRs:

• WIP Description bounds could have type Antichain. #39: skip the unused row-index reconstruction after a survey's last field;
• WIP TPCH-like initial check in #42: product hashing folds leaf hashes into the accumulator, allocating 50 to 94% less per call;
• WIP Ring2group #43: the sort carries one index, and ordered keys move nothing. Join −36%, word count −27%, argsort −17 to −19%, group-by sum −24% in Corgi's own suites.

There are no API changes on the DDIR side. cargo test --release -p interactive: 112 passed, 5 ignored (all ignored before this change too). I have not measured the DDIR workloads on this pin; #908's consolidation and the reduce paths call sort_blocks, so they are the likely beneficiaries.
