Replace Yarn 1.x with npm as the workspace package manager. - Add .npmrc with supply-chain hardening (save-exact, registry pin, allow-git=none, min-release-age=7, legacy-peer-deps) - Convert workspace declaration from Yarn object form to npm array form - Update CI workflows from `yarn --frozen-lockfile` to `npm ci` - Convert workspace cross-reference from link: to `*` (npm resolves workspace packages automatically) - Reconfigure lockfile-lint for package-lock.json (`--type npm`) - No Renovate changes needed (config is package-manager-agnostic) - Update documentation (CONTRIBUTING.md, README.md, changeset docs)

Add @eslint/js and @eslint/eslintrc as explicit devDependencies where eslint configs import them directly. Previously resolved by accident through npm hoisting; now declared properly. - packages/ts-interface-generator: @eslint/js, @eslint/eslintrc - test-packages/typed-json-model: @eslint/js - Fix pre-existing preserve-caught-error ESLint violations (surfaced by upgrading @eslint/js from 8.x to 10.x)

LGTM, independent from the npm vs pnpm question.
