fix: correct typos in issue templates #159

Following up on very_good_cli#1679, which fixed typos in the shared issue templates. This repo's templates were copied from the same source and have the identical typos.

.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/bug_report.yaml

• Field id setps-to-reproduce → steps-to-reproduce

.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/performance.yaml

• Description: "Bonus point's if you can tie this..." → "Bonus points if you can tie this..."
• Placeholder: " Provide a description of the performance update." → "Provide a description of the performance update." (drop leading space)

cspell doesn't currently run on YAML files, which is why these slipped through — worth a separate issue/PR to close that gap.
