Bumps all six packages to 0.16.0 and records the registry regenerations from #45 and #46: AI search crawlers and user-triggered fetchers no longer classify as training_crawler (Claude-User, Claude-SearchBot, PerplexityBot, MistralAI-User; ChatGPT-User and OAI-SearchBot), plus newly recognised agents (186 total). Minor bump because
bot.categoryvalues change for those agents.Locally: build clean, node 402/402, every adapter passes on its own. Under a parallel full run one adapter test (hono, then express, a different one each time) failed intermittently; not related to this diff (versions and changelog only).
