Companion to WebDecoy/app https://github.com/WebDecoy/app/pull/1296. Regenerated
agents.generated.phpand parity vectors. Before this, a per-path rule refusing training crawlers (#995) also refused Claude-User, Claude-SearchBot, PerplexityBot and MistralAI-User, which the registry misfiled as training. Adds Perplexity-User, MistralAI-User, Claude-SearchBot, Meta-ExternalFetcher.php tests/run.php: 178 passed.
